Yea Darnell!! My spouse and I are early risers much of it due to our jobs)...we are also early crashers out of necessity! Some people chuckle at how early we go to bed sometimes 😉
I'm learning that feeling of being an early crasher, Jordan. I look at the clock now and see 9:15 p.m. and get nervous! Lol. But after my first week of 5 a.m. alarms, I feel great. It truly has added clarity, structure and time to my days.
