As Christmas approached, I wanted to give Triest a gift that would deepen our connection and spark exciting conversations.

Two nights before the holiday, I left matching pamphlets just below the pillows on our bed before heading to work.

Between the stapled booklets, I placed a blue sticky note that read, “Date Night!!”

Reflecting on the past year, my biggest surprise? Our 14-2 Minnesota Vikings! We’ve got a big finale Sunday night for the division! I’m thinking 2025 might be our year!
