Myself. In my late 20s. But don’t just want to buy a house., be a landlord too! Not well-versed on how to go about it though

Darnell, when my now spouse and I were just out of college, we were considering "house hacking" but never took the plunge.

If you have the know-how and ability to do it, I know that it has been a stepping stone for many.

P.S. LOVE the tithe goal ... Impressive and I don't think a coincidence that you listed it towards the top 😉

Thank you for sharing, Jordan. I’m committed to doing it. It just makes too much sense for me at this stage of my life. In a perfect world, I’ll be able to eliminate my future mortgage. And you’re absolutely right about tithing and its placement in this piece.

Good goals. I'm 50/50 on the health savings account plan. To compare, I just opt in for it every other year.
