Thank you for sharing, Jordan. I’m committed to doing it. It just makes too much sense for me at this stage of my life. In a perfect world, I’ll be able to eliminate my future mortgage. And you’re absolutely right about tithing and its placement in this piece.
Good job! I’d like to get into real -estate
Myself. In my late 20s. But don’t just want to buy a house., be a landlord too! Not well-versed on how to go about it though
Thank you, Jackie. I’d encourage you to look into the NACA program. It has several perks that lower the barrier to entry. I wrote about it in September, and it’s the program I’m looking into. Check it out. https://moneytalks101.substack.com/p/step-one-of-buying-a-home-a-qualification
Thank you so much
Darnell, when my now spouse and I were just out of college, we were considering "house hacking" but never took the plunge.
If you have the know-how and ability to do it, I know that it has been a stepping stone for many.
P.S. LOVE the tithe goal ... Impressive and I don't think a coincidence that you listed it towards the top 😉

Good goals. I'm 50/50 on the health savings account plan. To compare, I just opt in for it every other year.
I love this man! Your wealth building journey is so fun to watch. Keep making progress and stay disciplined!
Appreciate it, Dominic!
